主要致力于眼科激光角膜屈光手术领域的科研和临床工作。1995年在陕西省首先开展准分子激光治疗屈光不正，2000年在国内率先临床应用小光斑飞点扫描准分子激光技术。数年来，在全眼像差引导、角膜地形图引导、老视治疗、SMILE及角膜胶原交联等角膜屈光手术方面积累了丰富的临床经验。曾获武警部队科技进步三等奖一项，西安市科技进步二等奖一项，撰写SCI及国家核心期刊论文50余篇，参与编写及翻译专著5部。

He is primarily committed to scientific research and clinical practice of laser corneal refractive surgery. In 1995, he was the first in Shaanxi Province to perform excimer laser correction of refractive errors. In 2000, he was the first in China to apply small flying-spot excimer laser into clinical practice. Over the years, he had accumulated extensive expertise in corneal refractive surgery, including ocular wavefront-guided ablation, topography-guided ablation, presbyopia ablation, SMILE and corneal collagen crosslinking. He was awarded the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Armed Police Force, and the second prize of Xi'an Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published more than 50 papers in high-ranking SCI journals and renowned core journals of China, and participated in writing and translation of 5 monographs.
